Processing Time

All orders are handmade to order.
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods (launches, holidays, or promotions), processing times may be slightly extended. Any delays will be communicated.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or offered at a flat rate, depending on your order.

• Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

• Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Cozy Wicks Scented Candles LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Cozy Wicks Scented Candles LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
